As part of their work together, Nadine and Eimear collaborate with an incredible non‑profit organisation Beyond Stigma which Nadine also co-founded. Through the Work Creative they support awareness of and engagement with Beyond Stigma work.

Beyond Stigma designs and delivers tailored programmes grounded in self‑inquiry, creativity, and mindfulness, including supporting participants to develop the skills to deliver their own programmes. The organisation works directly with young people living with HIV, young mothers, LGBTQI+ communities, sex workers, and those experiencing gender‑based violence in Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Vietnam, Ghana, South Africa, and Zambia.

The core of these programmes is supporting people to move from self‑stigma and shame toward self‑worth and self‑compassion, to better navigate the stigma they experience both in society and within themselves. Much of this work has been published as research and continues to grow.
