Working with an incredible non-profit organisation called Beyond Stigma, Nadine & Eimear offer tailored programmes made up of self-inquiry, creativity and mindfulness that include supporting participants to be able to deliver their own programmes. They work directly with young people living with HIV, young mothers, LGBQTI, sex workers and those experiencing gender-based violence in Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Vietnam, Ghana, South Africa and Zambia. The core of these evidence-based programmes is supporting people to move from self-stigma and shame to self-worth and self-compassion, and to be better able to deal with the stigma they experience in society and within themselves.  Much of this work has been published as research and continues to grow.
